Financial flexibility
- Given the Fund can be quoted and/or listed, all shares have an ISIN (International Securities Identification Numbering system.), which is unique and different for each structure. In addition, the client may have different structures, all of them, totally independent and only depending on the client. The shares can be the subject of financial transaction (switching, buying and selling, valuation, pledge, etc.).
Cost and independence
- This structure allows the customer to decide what to do with their heritage; it is not the Bank with his advisors whom indicate how to invest on the basis of one or another structure. It is an absolutely tailor made structure.
- It is obvious that Vayomer assists to customer in their investments, but the client will never be tied to a determined financial structure for investing. Administration and management costs are much lower than a traditional structure.
